Our services include assisting with passport applications, renewals, replacements, and related documentation for the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA. We do not issue passports directly; instead, we facilitate the application process with the relevant government authorities.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be a legal adult (age 18 or older) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when filling out the application forms and submitting documentation.
- Comply with the legal requirements for passport issuance set forth by the relevant country’s government.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information when applying for passport services.
- Ensuring that all submitted documents are genuine and meet the requirements specified by the relevant government authority.
- Reviewing and approving all documentation prepared by us before submission.
- Paying all fees related to the services in a timely manner.
5. Service Fees
- Fees and Payments: Service fees for our passport services will be clearly outlined before you complete your order. All payments are required upfront and are non-refundable once we have started processing your application.
- Government Fees: You are responsible for any additional government fees related to passport processing, including application, renewal, and expedited processing fees.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel our services within 24 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of the application process.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if the service is canceled within 24 hours and we have not yet started processing your application. Once we begin the application process, service fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee the approval of your passport application by government authorities; therefore, no refunds will be issued if your application is denied.
